New Recipe: Sweet Potato Pizza with Kale and Caramelized Onions

I have long been a sucker for sweet potatoes. I love baked sweet potatoes, sweet potato fries, sweet potato casseroles... you get the picture. So, this post for a sweet potato pizza with kale and caramelized onions on Jen Loves Kev made me very happy.
