Old Navy Top (similar)/ Thrifted Skirt (similar)/ Me Too Shoes from DSW (similar)/ Ring c/o Sylvia G. (my grandmother) |
I am getting excited for Spring. The Cherry Blossoms are beginning to bloom and will celebrate their 100th season in DC this year (stay tuned for pictures), the temperatures are beginning to climb (so is the humidity according to my hair), the days are getting longer, and exercising outside isn't painful.
The only downside is that schools, including the one behind our apartment, can hold recess outside, which can make for some awkward moments when kids are staring at you as you are shooting outfit snapshots. Oh, well. As long as the cold days of winter are behind us, I can handle a little awkward.
Love Messy Jess C? Then don't miss it on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
The print on your top reminds me of the Cherry Blossoms! I am not looking forward to humidity...maybe this year I'll give in and get a keratin treatment.

Sharon, I am right there with you on the Keratin treatment. Had one last year before our wedding and it served me well for the end of the summer. Thanks for your comment!
DeleteHaha! Picturing strange children staring at you through a gate is hilarious!

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I love your top. So adorable!
ReplyDeleteAnd...don't worry about those little kiddos. They are harmless. Promise! :)
